Turning Point Scotland South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Other Drug Reachout Service provides Assertive Outreach and Intensive Case Management to support people with problematic alcohol and other drug use.

We understand the assertive outreach approach to be at the heart of a person-centred and flexible model of service. This model is designed to take services throughout South Lanarkshire to reach people who have traditionally struggled to engage, building a trusting relationship during this period.
